Why haven't I received my return label?Updated a year ago

There are a few reasons why you may not have received your return label. These may include:

1) For some return reasons such as faulty or incorrectly sent items our team are required to check these returns and approve them before a shipping label is able to be generated. This usually take 1 business day. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. 💗


2) Sometimes the format in which an address sync's from the order page to our return system can glitch causing an error with return labels being generated. It is possible for our valued customers to edit this on your return page, however, if you have already clicked out of this please reach out to our customer happiness team and we will be able to edit this on our end. 💗


3) If you suspect the wrong email was used, we kindly ask that you email our customer happiness team - at [email protected] - with your return order number, full name and the correct email address so that we can locate your profile in our system and update this. We will also be able to email you your return label. 💗
