What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive, or is lost in transit?Updated a year ago
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they become the property of Australia Post. Parcels can be tracked on the Australia Post website using your designated tracking number.
Esther & Co is not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods, however, if your parcel does not reach you within the expected delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Please contact us at [email protected].
If you have added Esther Shipping Insurance to your order and your parcel has been lost, damaged or stolen on its journey to you, simply report this to our customer happiness team and we will be in touch asap to assist. ❤
