What are the handling fees on returns?Updated a year ago

At Esther & co we strive to make the returns process as transparent and hassle-free as possible for our valued customers. If you're wondering about handling fees on returns, we're here to provide you with clarity and guidance.

What do our Handling Fees cover?

Our handling fees are used to help cover the cost of the tracked return shipping service. These fees go directly to our courier and often do not cover the full amount we are charged by the carrier. We then cover the remaining amount to ensure that our valued customers are always provided the competitive flat rate. 💫

How Much are the Handling Fees?

  • For our Australian customers our handling fee is $8.95.
  • For our New Zealand customers our handling fee is $14.95.
  • For our US customers our handling fee is $20.

Can I organise my own return shipping?

Yes, if you would prefer, there is the option to return your order to our warehouse via your own method of tracked shipment. However, we do find that most customers find the rate we offer more cost effective and processing times quicker.

If you would like to use your own method of tracked return shipping, please ensure you include a piece of paper with your order number, name and address your return to:

Esther & Co Returns

1A/35-47 Stennett Rd, Ingleburn NSW 2565.

When are Handling Fees Waived?

In some cases, handling fees may be waived or reduced at the discretion of our customer happiness team. For example, if the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, handling fees may be waived as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.
