How do I track my order?Updated a year ago

Congrats on making a gorgeous purchase from Esther & Co! 😍 We appreciate your support!


Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the tracking page (please check your junk or spam folder as your tracking email may land there).

 

To track your order you can either:

  1. Click on the tracking number link in the email, example shown below:
  2. Alternatively, you can enter the tracking number manually on the courier's tracking page.
    • If you are an Australian customer please use the tracking page here.
    • If you are an international customer please use the tracking page here or here.


Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order has been processed. It can sometimes take up to 1-2 business days for the number to become active in our courier's system. If you don't see any updates right away, please check back later.


In the unlikely event that updates are not being seen on your tracking page please reach out to our friendly customer happiness team who will be able to assist or alternatively you can reach out to the carrier. ❀
