How do I lodge an Exchange?Updated 9 months ago

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

The Exchange Process

We understand that sometimes a fit or colour might not be perfect so we are proud to offer seamless exchanges for our valued customers. 

  1. If your item is eligible for return you can lodge your exchange with us here - https://estherandco.loopreturns.com
  2. Enter your order number and email address into the required sections,
  3. Follow the prompts to select either an exchange in size, exchange of colour or use our shop now function to browse the site to use your store credit return against a completely new exchange item. 😍
  4. Select either an Instant Exchange or for your exchange to be sent once you have returned your item.
  5. A confirmation will appear on the screen when completed and we will then email you further instructions.
  6. When your return has been received back to our warehouse, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive confirmation and your exchange details via email.

Please note handling fees are charged and go directly to our couriers to cover the cost of items being returned back to us. 

If you opt for our Shop Now exchange function and order an item that is valued at: 

  1. Less than your store credit return you will receive the remaining amount in the form of a store credit.
  2. More than your store credit return then you will be charged the additional amount when lodging the return.


Instant Exchanges vs Regular Exchanges

Instant exchanges ensure that your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock. 🙌

To place an instant exchange, a temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for A$1.00 until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel).

You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 28 days of submitting.

A regular exchange means that your exchange order will be generated once your return is received. We recommend dropping off these type of returns asap to avoid missing out on an item that may go out of stock.


Shipping Method for Exchanges

Currently, all exchanges are shipped via standard post.

If you require an exchange urgently and you're based in Australia please ensure to place an instant exchange and contact our helpful team via live chat or email so that we can assist in organising express postage. Please note an additional fee may be charged for this.

 To ensure we can make this change before the order is shipped, please reach out to us via live chat or WhatsApp, marking your enquiry as urgent.

We cannot guarantee these changes, however, we will do whatever we can to strive to accommodate your needs and appreciate your help in contacting us swiftly for urgent exchanges.
