How do I lodge a return?Updated 9 months ago

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Enter your order number and email address into the required sections, then follow the prompts.

A confirmation will appear on the screen when completed and we will then email you further instructions. Please note handling fees are charged and go directly to our couriers to cover the cost of items being returned back to us.

When your return has been received back to our warehouse, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive confirmation and your store credit or exchange details via email. 


Return using your own label

If you would like to use your own return label please ensure it is a tracked service as we are unfortunately not liable for returns that are lost in transit.

When your return has been received back to our warehouse, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive confirmation and your store credit or exchange details via email.


Refund process

If your item is eligible for a refund, and has arrived at our warehouse for processing, please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be completed.

Refund Method: Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. If you originally paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card or store credit used. If you used a split payment method (e.g., both card and gift card), your reimbursement will be processed accordingly. 

Credit and Debit Card Refunds: Please allow 2-5 business days for funds to reflect in your account. This timeframe accounts for bank processing times.

Afterpay or Zip Pay Payments: If you made your purchase using Afterpay or Zip Pay, your refund will be reflected in your Afterpay or Zip Pay account. You will receive a refund only for the amount you have already paid, with adjustments made to your remaining instalments accordingly.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
