Can I combine returns from separate orders?Updated a year ago

At Esther & Co we strive to provide a seamless and convenient returns process for our valued customers. However, we want to be transparent about certain limitations that may affect the ability to combine returns due to system constraints.


Why Combining Returns May Not Be Recommended:

Currently, our system is unable to support the combining of return items from separate orders under a single return label. This is due to the returns process being automated, and our return labels being generated for the items specific to the order reference.

While we understand and appreciate the convenience of combining returns into a single shipment, it's important to note that due to our system limitation doing so may result in delays or complications in processing your returns. Our system functions most efficiently when each return is associated with its original order and corresponding return label.


Exceptions:

In some cases, we may allow for combined returns, but this requires manual intervention from our team who will need to be contacted directly. Please be aware that processing combined returns may take longer than usual, as each return needs to be manually reviewed and consolidated before issuing your store credit or exchange. 


How to best Proceed with Returns:

  1. Initiate Returns Separately: To ensure a smooth and efficient returns process, we recommend initiating returns for each order separately. This helps streamline the processing of return details and ensures accurate handling of your returns.
  2. Follow Return Instructions: Please carefully follow the return instructions provided for each order. This includes packaging the items securely, attaching the appropriate return label, and sending this back to us within the returns period.
  3. Contact our Customer Happiness Team for Assistance: If you have specific questions or concerns about combining returns or need assistance with the returns process, please reach out to our customer happiness team. We're here to help and can provide guidance based on your individual circumstances.
